Roasted Norwegian Salmon Crispy Pita Pizza

  • Preheat an oven to 350ºF.

  • Cut Norwegian Salmon into 12 equal pieces; place on an ovenproof tray lined with aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Roast 12 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.

  • While salmon is cooking, chop lettuce, cut tomatoes in half, peel and dice cucumber, and shave red onion. Combine these vegetables in a bowl; toss with the desired amount of tzatziki, and place equal amounts atop whole pitas.

  • Place cooked salmon on top of each pita pizza.
