Chef and owner of three restaurants and a culinary consulting company, Chef Kevin Sbraga has received numerous accolades, including winning Top Chef: Season 7. In 2013, he became a member of the Norwegian Seafood Council Culinary Board, helping bring awareness to sustainable seafood from Norway. He continues to dedicate himself to new business ventures and building his consulting company.
