Procedure

Cut the cod into servings.

Mix pepper and thyme, and roll the fish in the mix.

Sprinkle the cod with salt and pan-fry in a mix of butter and olive oil, approx. 3 minutes on each side.

Pan-fry bacon crispy and let dry on a paper towel.
Dressing

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Taste with a little mustard and sugar.
Serve with

Slice tomato and rinse the salad.

Toast the bread slices.
-
Cover half of the bread slices with cod, bacon, dressing, tomato and salad.
Cover with the rest of the bread slices, and serve.
