- Preheat an oven to 350ºF.
- Cut Norwegian Salmon into 4 equal portions; place on an ovenproof tray lined with aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast salmon 12 minutes or until your desired temperature is reached.
- While salmon is cooking, fill a small steamer with water and bring to a boil. Place asparagus inside steamer; cook about 2–3 minutes, until desired tenderness is reached.
- Lay steamed asparagus next to rice, and spread butter over.
- Place 1 portion of cooked salmon on each plate and serve.
