- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lay the Norwegian Salmon sheets on a lined sheet pan.
- Individually wrap the Salmon around each asparagus spear in a corkscrew design.
- Place the sheet pan into the oven until the salmon is cooked, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon the hollandaise sauce over the cooked salmon and asparagus spears.
