Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Place the salmon in an oiled oven-proof dish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cut the lemon into slices, finely chop the dill and dice the butter.
- Cover the salmon with lemon, dill and butter and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes on the side.
