Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Place the salmon in an oiled oven-proof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grate the cheddar and mix with chopped almonds, parsley and a little olive oil.
- Spread the cheddar mix on the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve with oven-baked potatoes.
