Grilled Norwegian salmon with salsa verde

Grilled salmon with this delicious sauce is perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. Salmon is super easy and quick to grill, whether in individual portions or as a whole filet.

Preparation

  • Finely chop herbs, capers, and anchovies, place in a bowl. Slice lemons. 
  • Add remaining salsa verde ingredients, mix well. Let it sit at room temperature until ready to use.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper. Grill salmon on a grill or in a grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
  • Transfer the salmon to a platter and grill sliced lemons until slightly softened and nicely browned.
  • Pour salsa verde over salmon and garnish with grilled lemons.
