Preparation
- Finely chop herbs, capers, and anchovies, place in a bowl. Slice lemons.
- Add remaining salsa verde ingredients, mix well. Let it sit at room temperature until ready to use.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Grill salmon on a grill or in a grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
- Transfer the salmon to a platter and grill sliced lemons until slightly softened and nicely browned.
- Pour salsa verde over salmon and garnish with grilled lemons.
