Red Curry Ramen with Norwegian King Crab

Ramen has never been so good! Change up the veggies or sub out the curry paste, but the constant to this killer dish is Norwegian King Crab.

  • Cook and cool the noodles.

  • Into a 2-quart stock pot over medium heat, place olive oil.

  • Add thinly-sliced shiitake mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute. Add sliced zucchini and cook for an additional 2 to three 3 minutes. Slice green onions into 2-inch pieces and add, along with red curry paste. Stir for 20 seconds, then add kaffir lime leaves and chicken stock.

  • Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Add noodles, bring back to a boil. Cut the crab into 2-inch pieces, add to the pot and turn off the heat.

  • Plate in 4 bowls and garnish with lime quarters and cilantro.
