Norwegian King Crab with Lime and Chili

  • Peel the Norwegian King Crab legs and cut into 3-inch pieces, set aside.

  • In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil.

  • When oil is hot, add crab, rolling the pan so the crab doesn’t stick. Cook, continuing to roll the pan, for 1 minute.

  • Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 30 seconds.

  • Add chili paste and stir in for 15 seconds. Strain the diced tomatoes, add to the pan, and cook out any remaining water.

  • Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce to pan; continue to roll the crab in the pan for 30 seconds or until liquids come to a boil. Remove crab from the pan and plate.

  • Cook sauce for an additional 30 seconds at a boil.

  • Pour sauce over crab, squeeze lime juice over the plates; Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
