Seafood Helps Maintain Healthy Brain Function

Eating more fish can improve both long term and working memory. This keeps your brain active and helps prevent common forms of dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease. 

A number of recent studies have focused on the impact that seafood can have on retaining healthy brain function and reducing some of the effects of depression.  

Our brains are roughly 60% fat. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is the most common fat in the brain.
