Sweet Chili Noodles with Norwegian Salmon

Procedure

  • Cook ramen noodles as instructed on the package.

  • Cut Norwegian Salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes. Pan-roast salmon in oil for 1–2 minutes on each side until  cooked to your desired temperature.

  • Remove the salmon from the pan and put aside.

  • Sauté red pepper and snow peas on high heat.

  • Juice the lime; add lime juice to red pepper and snow peas in pan. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce to vegetables and toss until warmed through.

  • Add the salmon, gently toss and serve.
