A rich and bright summer appetizer can be served to share or as a bite for a passed appetizer
For Ginger Garlic Dressing:
Whisk together garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, white shoyu, canola oil, white sugar and black pepper.
Gently toss salmon belly with avocado and ginger garlic dressing.
Sever in 2oz portions in small bowls and garnish with a pinch of scallion, sesame and sea salt.
