Honey Mustard Glazed Norwegian Salmon
Busy weeknights call for easy, stress-free dinners that the whole family will love! This salmon is baked with a simple homemade honey mustard sauce and topped with fresh dill. Preparation
Season the Salmon
- Preheat an oven to 350F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon dry lightly with a paper towel.
- Season generously with Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder.
Honey Mustard Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon, honey, mayonnaise, ½ lemon juiced, and a pinch of Cayenne pepper.
- Whisk until very smooth.
Prepare the Salmon
- Spoon the honey mustard sauce on top, then use a spoon or a silicone brush to spread evenly across the top of the salmon.
- Top with as much fresh dill as you like
- Fold the aluminum foil around the salmon, then seal tightly. (This can also be done with two overlapping pieces of foil, if needed.)
Cook the Salmon
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (this will depend on the thickness of the piece of fish), or until the salmon has cooked.
